Drysuit WGMED. Check. (Love the drop seat. I can do stuff with that even the guys can't. Did it on Saturday.)

Fleece base layers - Wavelite XT. Check. 2-pieces so the above scenario works.

Pogies AND gloves. Check. But I think I might switch to pogies plus mittens. My hand got cold on Saturday and I could feel the fingers freezing and sticking together inside the pogie. :-o

Helmet liner with a cowl neck that goes into the drysuit neck. Check.

A solid brace, a high and dry Habitat 74 and common sense. Check, check, and check. (Why roll and get an ice cream headache if I don't have to??? LOL)

HOWEVER, I wish they'd invent antifreeze for rescue gear. At the takeout I noticed that everything was frozen solid - 'biners, buckles, everything. I would have had to roll in order to to thaw and use it! :-o

The hot chocolate sounds like a good idea. Maybe some brandy too. :-)
