Best Way to Transport SUP Boards…YAKIMA TRAILERS!

By Em Shanblatt

Girls at play has been continuously blessed with the support and generosity of our sponsons. Without the companies that support us, GAP would not be what it is today. With the addition of Stand Up Paddleboarding to our repetoire of expertise and instruction, we also added Yakima to our list of sponsors who help keep our dreams alive.

We recently acquired a Yakima Trailer (http://www.yakima.com/shop/trailers/trailer) and it has quickly become one of the most crucial pieces of gear in the fleet! With it’s killer suspensions system, there are no highway miles or dirt roads this thing can’t handle. It’s low-to-the-ground profile also makes it SUPER easy to load and unload, and it’s extended bars make tieing on boards easy as pie!

The combination of my Subaru Forester and the Yakima Trailer is purely unstoppable, Which is a perfect fit, because that’s how I feel paddling a stand up board!

so many beautiful boards...how ever shall we carry them all?!?!

The Yakima Trailer in all it’s prowess and glory

Always excited to drive the Yakima Trailer

When I sleep in my car on the road, the Yakima Trailer is the first sight I see in the morning...and I LOVE it!
