		<description>I&#039;m thankful for learning this various of the pose from you in Mexico!
I had previously done it face down and found that the weight of my body on my hip flexors was just too much, and it really was hard to breathe and stay calm. But inverted like this, it&#039;s now possible and available to me. I incorporate it into my own practice and find I&#039;m now getting some release in those flexors!</description>
